At Big Jeff Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of any wear, odors, or pet hair.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
